Welcome to The Revival — a space where you can truly be yourself. We believe in the power of authenticity and strive to create an environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported. Our workouts are thoughtfully designed for all fitness levels. Each class is carefully curated by the instructor to have a great playlist, while keeping you engaged. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for a challenge, every class includes modifications and progressions to keep you motivated and excited to move. With a consistent class schedule offering 20+ opportunities each week, you don’t have to worry about planning a thing. Just show up, move with us for 30 to 50 minutes, and leave feeling energized and uplifted. We’ve cultivated a strong, supportive community that’s here to celebrate your goals and wins—big or small. At The Revival, it's not just about fitness. It’s about connection, confidence, and showing up as your best self, with amazing playlists to find your rhythm.

Spin classes are designed to get your heart pumping and energy up. It challenges your body, while keeping your joints intact. You follow the music to keep rhythm and enjoy the fun vibes!

Spin classes are amazing for all aspects of your health, to include a few; • Increases endurance • Easy on joints • Lowers blood pressure and resting heart rate over time • Improves cardiovascular health • Improves leg and core strength • Boosts mood and metabolism • Inviting music gets you out of your head, into the workout, reducing stress

Barre is a ballet-based exercise that combines traditional ballet moves with pilates, strength training, and balance. You can expect to feel your muscles shake and burn.

Barre always focuses on the small, purposeful movements. This allows your mind to reconnect with your body to move with intention. In addition, Barre helps support; • Targets small, stabilizing muscles • Increases better posture by repetitively aligning your body correctly during exercise • Enhances flexibility • Improves core strength. Your core is engaged for the entire class • Improves joint range of motion • Improves balance • Low-impact, making this accessible to all • Increases mind-body connection • Strengths muscles you use daily, increasing functional movements and supports all other workouts

We have three class formats with varying lengths in class: Classic Spin: 45 minute Spin30: Classic Spin in 30 minutes Classic Barre: 50 minutes Barre30: Classic Barre in 30 minutes Fusion: 30 minutes of Spin, followed by 30 minutes of Barre, for a full 60 minute class

First, make an account here on on website. From there, download our app where you can choose to purchase an intro offer or drop-in. All that's left is to book a class and come in! All memberships are activated on the first usage. That means, if you purchase you intro offer on a Monday, and your first class is Thursday, your membership starts on Thursday. You can wear what is comfortable for you! We recommend tighter fitting tank tops and leggings for comfort, but as long as you're comfortable in your clothing, you will be ready to go.

We are at 633 North Montana Ave, Helena MT, 59601 We are in the Safeway parking lot, next to CVS. We have parking in front of the building, in addition to parking near CVS available to us. We share a vestibule with Teriyaki Madness. You can also call or text us for more detailed directions.

We know things come up, and sometimes you need to cancel a class you booked! You can cancel your class on our app, or in your online account. We have two late cancellation windows. Evening Classes: 4/4:30/5:30/6:30pm, we have an 8-hour rolling cancelation window Early Morning (5/6/7am) & Morning Weekend Classes (7/8/9:30am): classes must be cancelled before 7pm the evening prior to the class. If you cancel your class within the late cancel window, a $15 charge will incur. Our no-show fee is $20 Plans change sometimes, if an unavoidable circumstance has occurred, please reach out to us.

Our classes require specific equipment that we have all in-studio for your use. Spin class: require a spin bike, set of hand weights, and SPD clip-in shoes Barre class: require a mat, grip socks, set of hand weights, and optional props the instructor chooses for each class SPD clip-in shoes and grip socks are available for rent $2 per class. Grip socks are also available for purchase for $15.

Our waitlists are completely functional! Our booking software will automatically add you from the waitlist up to 2 hours prior to the beginning of class, and you will be notified via email and text if you've been added to the class, provided that texts and email notifications are enabled in your account. If a spot opens up less than 2 hours prior to class, we will call you to ask if you'd like to join, make sure you have our number saved: 406 201 7042. We will only text for an early morning class. Be sure to remove yourself from the waitlist if your plans have changed, as our cancellation policy still applies should you be added to class 2 or more hours ahead of time.

We have a variety of membership available for you to choose from! Our favorite is our 12-month unlimited membership! In addition to unlimited classes you also receive: - 10% all merchandise - 1 grace late cancel or no-show fee per month - 1 free guest pass per month - 14-day booking window You can look at our membership options here! Membership perks change based on commitment length

All of our memberships have a commitment; month-to-month, 6-months, or 1 year. If you need to cancel your membership, send us a written notice via email of your cancellation with 30-days notice, after your required commitment has finished. If there is an extenuating circumstance, reach out to us so we can find an accommodation. Email us at; hello@therevivalhelena.com All of our class packs also have an expiration date of 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year. Your class pack will say how long you have to use them in the description. All class packs and memberships have a 14-day booking window. Our intro specials have a 7-day booking window.

Life happens! Whether it’s travel, school breaks, or a big life event. If you need to pause your membership, we offer flexible freeze options based on your plan. ✅ Travel longer than 7 days ✅ School breaks for students ✅ Medical leave or postpartum recovery ✅ Extended work trips Just reach out before your time away so we can set it up. Freeze time does not count toward membership commitment periods. Each unlimited membership has different freezing allowances. Email us for more specifics. Your billing simply picks up where it left off. So if you had 10 days until your next charge, it resumes 10 days after your freeze ends.
