Preparing for class
Hydration is key for preparing for your first class at The Revival. Both spin & barre will elevate your heart rate enough to require your body to be well hydrated and fueled up! Be sure to drink plenty of water before class, and a small snack if you need.

What to wear
Wear comfortable, breathable athletic attire. Make sure you reserve your clip-in rentals (for spin), and have or purchase grip socks (for barre), as both are required for class.

Right before class
We are located at 633 N. Montana Ave., Suite A, Helena, MT 59601. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time for your first class. This will give you time to familiarize yourself with the studio and have your instructor set you up and be ready!

Please inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions you have that may be relevant to the class, and they will modify accordingly.

After class
Thank yourself for coming! Trying something new can be scary, and you accomplished your goal!
You will feel sore after class, that's completely normal! It means your body is getting stronger, and it was challenged! Drink plenty of water and maybe have a snack. The best way to move past the soreness is to take another class. We know it sounds silly, but it will help to keep your body moving!
