03

Right before class

We are located at 633 N. Montana Ave., Suite A, Helena, MT 59601. We have parking in front of our building as well as to the right side. If both parking lots are full, Walgreens and Safeway parking lots are nearby.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time for your first class. This will give you time to familiarize yourself with the studio and have your instructor set you up and be ready!

Please inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions you have that may be relevant to the class, and they will modify accordingly.

04

After class

Thank yourself for coming! Trying something new can be scary, and you accomplished your goal!

You may feel sore after class, that's completely normal! It means your body is getting stronger, and it was challenged! Drink plenty of water and maybe have a snack. The best way to move past the soreness is to take another class. We know it sounds silly, but it will help to keep your body moving!
