You'll climb hills, hit sprints, and move to the rhythm with choreography that challenges your balance, focus, and flow. Each ride is set to a handpicked playlist crafted by your instructor, no two classes are ever the same. Come for the beats, stay for the burn!

classic barre

This 50-minute beat-driven class blends precise movement with deep muscle work. Designed to uncover and strengthen the muscles you didn’t even know you had, Classic Barre brings the burn in all the right places. Expect full-body engagement, a little shaking (the good kind), and a rhythm that keeps you flowing. With a consistent class structure, you’ll build strength over time so you always feel challenged.

Fusion is where rhythm meets resistance. Ease into 30 minutes of spin to elevate your heart and clear your mind, then transition into 30 minutes of barre to ground your body and build strength. It’s a full-body experience that balances intensity with intention, set to playlists that move you and an atmosphere that keeps you present! This class is designed for all fitness levels.
