classic barre
Barre is an empowering, full-body 50-minute class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates and yoga. Using the ballet barre for support and moving to the tempo of the music, you’ll flow through small, controlled movements that sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body, all while improving flexibility, balance, and posture. Target your core, arms, legs, and all the muscles you didn't even know you had with a mix of light weights, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and more. It’s a dynamic, energizing, low-impact workout designed to make you feel strong, confident, and capable—no matter where you’re starting.

Fusion60 brings you the best of both worlds! Cardio and sculpt. Start with 30 minutes of high-energy spin to build cardiovascular endurance, strengthen the lower body, and get your heart pumping to motivating music. Then transition to 30 minutes of barre, where controlled, low-impact movements fatigue the muscles and focus on upper-body strength, core stability, and endurance.
