Our 45-minute spin classes are high-energy, full-body workouts with playlists and classes carefully curated by our instructors to showcase their unique styles, while ensuring a consistent experience across all classes. We incorporate varying resistance, speed, and choreography to engage your entire body and boost your cardiovascular fitness. Whether you're new to spin or an experienced rider, each class is designed to help you feel empowered, connect with the beat, and leave you feeling energized.

classic barre

Barre is an empowering, full-body 50-minute class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates and yoga. Using the ballet barre for support and moving to the tempo of the music, you’ll flow through small, controlled movements that sculpt, tone, and strengthen your body, all while improving flexibility, balance, and posture. Target your core, arms, legs, and all the muscles you didn't even know you had with a mix of light weights, resistance bands, bodyweight exercises, and more. It’s a dynamic, energizing, low-impact workout designed to make you feel strong, confident, and capable—no matter where you’re starting.
